YOUR WELLBEING IS MY PRIORITY
-
Personal Mobility Training (PMT) is a one-on-one approach to restoring the way your body moves—while also supporting your mental and emotional wellbeing. Every session is carefully tailored to your body, your goals, and your personal journey.
My work combines years of experience in movement science, psychology, injury rehabilitation, Pilates, yoga, and functional mobility to create safe, effective, and sustainable results.
Recovery is something I know firsthand. Having overcome a broken kneecap, a hernia, sciatic nerve pain, hip flexor injuries, and anteriosuperior impingement (ASI), I understand what it feels like to live with pain, frustration, and physical limitations—and how empowering it is to regain strength, confidence, and freedom of movement.
Because no two bodies are alike, I transitioned from group classes to exclusively private sessions in August 2025. This allows me to fully focus on your unique needs and create a personalized plan that evolves with your progress.
Each session may include functional mobility exercises, controlled strength training, restorative stretching, breathing techniques, and nervous system regulation to improve posture, reduce pain, increase stability, and help you move with greater ease.
PMT is more than exercise—it is an investment in your long-term health, resilience, and quality of life.

Rebalance Behavioral Therapy (RBT) is my signature counseling approach, developed from decades of experience in psycholy, behavioral change, meditation, movement, and holistic wellbeing. It recognizes that emotional healing isn't just about talking—it is about understanding, regulating, processing, and moving forward.
Every session combines:
• Cognitive behavioral strategies to reshape unhelpful thinking patterns
• Psychological insight into emotional and behavioral responses
• Breathwork to calm the nervous system and reduce stress
• Mindfulness techniques to increase awareness and resilience
• A final guided relaxation, allowing body and mind to deeply recoverScientific research supports the use of slow breathing techniques for reducing stress and anxiety while improving emotional regulation and overall wellbeing. When combined with psychological counseling, these techniques can help people build greater resilience and navigate life's challenges with more confidence.
For Whom?
RBT is particularly suited for those recovering from trauma, toxic relationships, narcissistic abuse, burnout, grief, chronic stress, or periods of feeling lost, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves.
Healing isn't about becoming someone else; It's about coming home to who you truly are!
